Resultz Personal Training and Fitness Studios is located at Stafford and is a boutique personal training studio that has been specifically designed for functional training. Clients can be trained in our large group exercise room or in our standard training room. Trainers will have access to spin bikes, pump bars, boxing equipment, steppers and standard functional weight training equipment.
Trainers at Resultz will have access to a large client database, a proven business development strategy, business support and professional development opportunities. You will also be able to have the shared use of an office, sauna, showers, tea/coffee lounge and massage chair for your own personal use or to value add to your clients training programs.
