Field & Function Personal Training
Our group training timetable consists of 30 sessions per week from Monday to Sunday including Functional, HIIT, Boxing & Strength classes (capped at 12-16 people). We also have a large Personal Training client base with 70-80 PT sessions carried out each week.
You'll be surrounded by motivated professionals with a shared passion for helping clients get results. We do not charge rent to trainers so you are not in a space where you are competing against trainers for clients business. Personal training clients and group training sessions are matched and allocated to you based on your specific qualifications and expertise.
- Our trainers are either employees or subcontractors
- Our trainers submit a fortnightly timesheet or invoice for sessions carried out
Job tasks and responsibilities
- Deliver Personal Training sessions that are relevant to the client's goals and capabilities
- Deliver Group Training sessions that are aligned with the class description
- Setting up and packing up after training sessions is essential
- An understand of MindBody Online (MBO) would be helpful, but we are also happy to teach the right person how to use this software.

- Deliver high quality, results-focused group fitness sessions and PT sessions
- Drive results for members
- Help foster a positive community-based team-training environment
Qualifications:
- Cert III and IV in Fitness
- Current Senior First Aid & CPR
- Current Fitness Registration highly regarded
