We've incorporated scientifically proven training techniques, aimed at reducing fat and creating lean muscle, into a variety of 50-minute training sessions that are overseen by accredited coaches in a group environment. 

As the BFT brand is rapidly expanding we are seeking an expert in High-Performance programming and education to bring specialist knowledge and experience, passion and enthusiasm to our dynamic and fast-paced head office team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Program design and innovation:

• Designing our periodised group training programs for our Global network.
• Franchisee and Trainer ongoing education.
• Face to face training for our Franchisees and Trainers in the BFT network.
• Direct quarterly training program for BFT Franchisees and teams.
• Develop and evolve our digital platforms; online platforms, in-studio apps, and BFT Applications.

BFT Franchisee Induction Training:

• Running of Franchisee Boot-camps and on-boarding.
• Pre-launch studio training and education.

BFT Education:

• Continue to be at the forefront of fitness for strength-based group fitness training.
• Provide high-level education to the commercial fitness industry with a pursuit for global best practice.

Team:

• Lead and build a team of High-Performance experts across Australia and International markets.
• Attendance at industry conference/events both National and International.
• Work with the Brand and Marketing Team for relevant promotions and conference activation's both National and International.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum University qualified in Human Movement or similar.
• 5+ years industry experience with proven exercise prescription.
• Sets high standards and establishes stretch goals for personal, team and program accomplishment.
• Demonstrates decisiveness and action in the management of issues as they arise.
• Exemplary oral and written communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to build strategic, positive, and mutually beneficial relationships with key partners.
• The ability to take a systems and strategic approach to developing and elevating the standard of programming and educational leadership.
• Conveys the Body Fit Training values and lifestyle.
• Flexible to travel.
