VFA Learning Geelong is a dynamic Registered Training Organisation committed to the success and pastoral care of our students.
Based at our Geelong Campus we are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated individual ready to join our team as a full-time Career Consultant (short-term 7-month contract) to help fill our SBAT (School Based Apprenticeships and Traineeships) courses for 2022.
This role is a full-time role over a 7 month period. It will commence on the 2nd August 2021 and conclude on the 28th February 2022. Comprehensive in-house training will be provided for the successful applicant.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- A demonstrated history of excellent communication and administration skills
- Ability to work autonomously but also enjoy being part of a team
- A passion for customer service
- Well presented and excellent phone manner
- Industry experience
- RTO experience
Ideal but not essential:
- Sales and promotion experience
- Industry experience

This full-time position attracts a base salary, superannuation and leave entitlements.
