  • 60 days: leading classes, being proficient in all aspects of the role

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum of 2 years of fitness management experience
  • Sales experience
  • Previous experience in personal training, preferably group training
  • Certificate 3 and 4 in Personal Training (undergraduate degree preferred)
  • Proven success in building and sustaining a client base

Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy:

  • Free memberships for yourself and your partner
  • Ongoing development
  • Great learning opportunities through other members of our group of seven studios
  • Free infrared sauna use
  • Quarterly team social activities
  • An attractive remuneration package with significant cash incentives

The role requires approximately 15-20 coaching hours, and the remaining hours are made up of managerial and administrative tasks. The salary is commensurate with skills, qualifications, and experience.

If you're passionate about fitness and want to contribute to a dynamic and community-focused team, we'd love to hear from you!
