We have 3 F45 Studios and have been in operation in the F45 network for over 8 years. Our studios are within the F45 Testing Studio squad and we have direct input into the development of the product. Our Management Teams have on average been with us for over 5 years progressing their knowledge through training and development.

The staff are the key to our success and we want them at all times to feel valued, have an ability to contribute and be nurtured through personal development.

About the role:

This is a great entry-level Managers role and you will be responsible for managing the group training as well as overseeing the gym facility (operations) and driving the sales process in conjunction with our Regional Operations Manager and external sales and marketing teams.

We are looking for a person that will have a LOVE for our brand and our clients. A great personality and attitude will succeed over a lack of desired skill set. We are willing to train and develop the best candidate in any areas necessary.

In this role you will:

  • Manage, lead and motivate staff (trainers)
  • Ensure staff are delivering 5-star F45 classes with great atmosphere and results.
  • Coach amazing F45 sessions that inspire your staff and clients.  
  • Create the best overall experience for our clients, build rapport as well as implement retention strategies.
  • Drive KPIs within the studio
  • Drive sales conversion and increase member base.
  • Implement sales and marketing strategies alongside our Regional Operations Manager and external marketing agency.
  • Implement Social Media Strategy in line with Regional Manager and external marketing agencies.
  • Work with the local community to develop strategic business relationships.
  • Work with centralised administration team to ensure appropriate communication across all channels.

About you:

As the successful applicant you will be:

  • 2+ years experience in Training and/or Group Fitness
  • Minimum Cert 3 in Health and Fitness
  • Previous club / gym management desirable
  • Strong, proven relationship building / people management
  • A strong leader with a can-do attitude
  • Performance management of staff desirable.
  • Sales/membership background desirable.
  • Solid communication skills
