HealthyPeople & FITREC Collaborate to Add 6-Month Guarantee on New Hires

Job advertising rarely comes with any guarantees. To help remedy this, HealthyPeople & FITREC have combined forces to offer a six-month guarantee on the appointment of any new hires with FITREC registration.

Effective immediately, if an employer recruiting via HealthyPeople happens to appoint a FITREC registered professional, HealthyPeople will provide a credit to the business if the appointment does not last six-months.

The credit for a second recruiting campaign will apply irrespective of whether it is the employer or the FITREC registered professional that brings the new appointment to an end.

There is no additional cost for this service and employers will be alerted to this guarantee throughout their recruiting campaign.
