We are currently looking to fill the Full-Time Group Fitness Leader position to join a team of trainers in a collaborative environment to grow our active member base. You would be responsible for retention of our membership base and you'd be working directly with our Studio Manager to drive the success of the F45 Braddon location.

It is a fast-paced environment and expectations are incredibly high on servicing and retention of our members.

Position Description:

• Driving client retention through effective leadership, experience and excellent customer service
• Developing our training staff further through education, monthly workshops, and leading by example
• Managing the roster of trainers and our class schedule
• Nurturing of new trial members
• Helping studio manager with content creation for our social media
• Being responsible for functional & safe environment in our studio, from operational equipment to OH&S & First Aid compliance

Key Expectations:

• Excellent day to day prompt communication with our Studio Manager
• Directly supervise a team of our casual trainers and provide ongoing up-skilling
• Strong work ethics and eye for detail
• Top-notch ability for efficient exercise technique correction coaching with visual, auditory and kinaesthetic cues

Please note you must have at least:

• Certificate IV or higher
• Demonstrated experience working full time in the industry
• Proven experience in supervising teams of staff
• Fitness registration highly regarded
