Core24 Health Clubs is looking for someone to manage our Pole Dancing studio with innovative ideas to bring the fun and passion of pole dancing to our members.
Are you a Pole Studio Instructor wanting to take the next step and coordinate a studio and work in the industry you love?
Core24 is looking for a vibrant co-ordinator to join our team and help grow our pole fitness studio. Our Studio is located at Core24 Carrum Downs and is open 24/7 with established clientele. Club members also have access.
Overall Position Purpose
- To lead by example, train, motivate and coordinate your area of the group training program
- Develop and coordinate a pole fitness and pole dancing program for Core24 Health Clubs.
- Our goal is to develop a program to attract new clients as well as cater for existing or experienced pole dancers.

- Previous Pole Instructor experience

Duties
- Lead Pole Dancing classes.
- Mentor, train new instructors.
- Coordinate instructors for your area of the program.
- Quality control classes.
- Work with and help gym coordinator in Club.
- Develop new classes and class prescription guidelines.
- Be available for 20+ hours per week to coordinate and promote Pole Dancing Studio.
- Help answer all enquiries into the pole dancing program.
- Develop Marketing Material for Pole Dancing Studio.
Accountabilities
- Report to Core24 Director
- Reporting to the Membership Coordinator for membership sales and training in Core24 processes and systems.
- Tracking and Reporting of the Club Key Indicators: enquiries, appointments, sales, referrals,
- Develop a Pole Fitness Program that members can participate in.
- Develop a Pole dancing program for a more formalized program of Pole Dancing Instruction to be marketed as small group training. 10 - 15 classes per week
- Coordinate and promote 1 on 1 Pole Dancing Instruction.
The position is a min of 20 hours of pole studio coordination a week plus classes. More hours are available in customer service and gym duties depending on your availability and qualifications.
