About Genesis Fitness
With 24-hour access, 7 days a week, our national network of health clubs spans across Australia at over 40 locations (and growing!) featuring every aspect of exercise from weights to cardio, swimming or dance, functional training to reformer pilates.
The Role
The role involves assisting the club manager in all aspect of running the club. This includes pre and post sales activities. You will actively seek new business for the club, representing the facility and Genesis in a positive and professional manner.
The primary responsibility is to deliver first-class services to our customers ensuring it’s in line with our Mission, Vision, Values and Club Culture. You have the responsibility to achieve individual and team goals and targets for growing the member base. The successful applicant should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for health and fitness, and enjoy helping people discover and achieve their fitness goals.
