The Fit Shop Bayside is a Boutique fitness centre located in Cheltenham, VIC. Established in 2013, together with our team we have carved out a space in the fitness landscape that is inclusive and encourages members to Move More, Move Well and Move Together.

We are driven by our passion to create a world class experience for our members and community in and out of the gym.

About the Role:

We are seeking an instructor who can seamlessly blend experience and enthusiasm, providing personalised guidance and instruction to our valued members. The role will encompass not only delivering exceptional Reformer Pilates sessions but also acting as a trusted advisor to the business, offering insights and recommendations.

As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in launching and shaping our Reformer Pilates program. Your creativity and vision will be instrumental in curating an outstanding client experience for our members, ensuring they receive personalised attention and support. With a focus on small group sessions (4 on 1 capacity), you will foster an environment of positivity and progress.

In addition to teaching Pilates classes, this role presents exciting opportunities to contribute to program development and member management on a casual basis. While a personal trainer certification would be a bonus, it's not essential for the right candidate.

Qualifications:

• Certified Pilates Instructor
• Strong team player with excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to innovate and contribute to the development of a unique Pilates programs
• Personal trainer certification (bonus, but not essential)
